Tournaments list

The Tournaments Listing page provides a comprehensive overview and management interface for all your tournaments. It allows you to filter, search, and manage tournaments efficiently.

Filters & Search

At the top of the listing, you can refine the tournaments displayed using:

• Hide listing only: Toggle to show/hide tournaments that are only listed but not open for registration or management.
• Starting after / Starting before: Date pickers to filter tournaments by their start date range.
• Search: Quickly find tournaments by name or keyword.

Table Columns

The tournaments are displayed in a table with the following columns:

• Name: Tournament name (bold) and event or location (below, smaller text).
• Published: Indicates if the tournament is published (checkmark if yes).
• Can register: Indicates if registration is open (checkmark if yes).
• Phase: Shows the current phase (e.g., Complete, Elimination, Registration phase) with a colored badge. If in registration, the closing date/time is shown.
• With group phase: Indicates if the tournament includes a group phase (checkmark if yes).
• Registrations: Displays the number of current registrations out of the maximum allowed, with a progress bar. Also shows status badges such as "Registration open", "In play", or "Complete".
• Starts at: The scheduled start date and time of the tournament.
• Actions: The Manage button for direct access to the tournament management page.

Tips

• Use filters and search to quickly find and focus on relevant tournaments.
• Monitor registration progress and phase status to stay on top of event organization.
• The listing provides a centralized place to manage all aspects of your tournaments efficiently.
